About The Lecturer
Ally Girouard is a managing attorney on the employment team at Gomerman | Bourn & Associates, where she represents employees in cases involving workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour violations. Dedicated to advancing workers’ rights, Ally brings a compassionate and client-centered approach to every case.
Her commitment to advocacy extends beyond the courtroom. She volunteers with Legal Aid at Work and is an active member of the Bar Association of San Francisco (BASF) and the California Employment Lawyers Association (CELA).
From 2023 to 2025, Ally has been selected for the Super Lawyers “Rising Star” list, a distinction awarded to just 2.5% of attorneys under 40 or within their first ten years of practice.
Outside of her practice, Ally enjoys spending time with her dog, Scoops, as well as skiing, reading, and cheering on the San Francisco Giants.
