About The Lecturer
David Donner has worn many hats over a long career: Deputy City Attorney in San Francisco, civil rights jury trial work – federal and state, certified Federal District Court mediator, mentor attorney in the Juvenile Court, and a Judge Pro Tem in the San Francisco Superior Court.
His private practice shifted from litigation to ADR services, including but not limited to consultation, custody mediation, serving as Minor’s Counsel, and Parent Coordination.
He has been an expert witness in CA and abroad and has served on numerous Boards, David authored a chapter in CEB’s Dependency Guide on De Facto Parent Status and has contributed to the Family Court Review on Parent Coordination.
