Margaret Pendergast has been practicing Family Law for over 35 years. Prior to beginning her law practice, she was a teacher with the San Francisco Unified school district teaching middle school children. Margaret Pendergast has been court appointed to represent children in family Law matters, as well as being court appointed to represent both parents and children in Juvenile Dependency Matters. She is a member of the NACC.
