As the Senior Product Counsel at eBay, Nadim plays a pivotal role in supporting various teams and initiatives that enhance the buyer experience, the mobile platform, and focused categories. With over a decade of experience as both a CPA and a litigator, Nadim brings a unique perspective and skill set to his work as an in-house counsel, enabling him to collaborate effectively with cross-functional business and legal partners, execute large-scale projects, and minimize legal risk.
Nadim's expertise encompasses a wide range of areas including generative AI, machine learning, commercial contracts, data privacy and security, corporate governance, payments, employment law, federal and state securities law, intellectual property, and litigation, mediation, and arbitration. He holds the CIPP/US/EU and CIPM certifications, underscoring his commitment to staying at the forefront of the rapidly evolving fields of AI and privacy. In addition to his professional responsibilities, Nadim is an active member of eBay's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Committee and frequently provides pro bono services to various organizations and causes.
