Margo Crawford is a skilled litigator with significant experience handling a wide range of complex general liability defense. Her practice focuses on complex litigation matters involving commercial general liability. In addition, Margo is well-versed in handling intellectual property matters related to privacy, employment, and trade secrets, as well as general business matters and privacy arbitrations.

Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Margo was a litigation associate at a boutique firm in San Francisco, where her practice concentrated on various high-tech, privacy, and intellectual property matters.

Margo has represented technology companies in complex gig-worker misclassification matters and defended trade secret misappropriation claims against company founders. Additionally, she has handled matters involving copyright and trademark infringement.
