About The Lecturer
Jonathan Polland is an arbitrator and mediator in private practice. He is a member of the American Arbitration Association (AAA)’s arbitration and mediation panels. He has served as an arbitrator in numerous commercial and business cases including business divorce, owner buyout, dissolution, securities, shareholder and partnership cases.
He has acted as a Judge ProTem for the San Francisco Superior Court. Before becoming a full-time neutral, he litigated business, commercial and real estate cases in state and federal courts, and before private arbitration panels.
He obtained his JD from Berkeley Law School, University of California, where he was Order of the Coif. He lectures frequently on topics relating to arbitration.
