About The Lecturer
UFC COO Staci Gray serves as Chief Operations Officer for Unified Family Court. She began her career with the court in 1998 and brings extensive experience in court operations, process improvement, and team leadership. She has been intricately involved in three case management system implementations and transitioned multiple teams to fileless operations.
Throughout her career, she has trained and mentored hundreds of employees while addressing complex operational challenges. Ms. Gray is most passionate about her commitment to supporting staff and improving court services for the community she serves.
