Grace’s clients include blue-chip finance and technology companies, motion picture and television studios, streaming services, recorded music companies and international luxury brands. She counsels clients at all stages of litigation, from pre-dispute advising through final appeal. Grace has extensive experience in matters ranging from high-stakes copyright, contract and First Amendment disputes to class actions and mass arbitrations involving new technologies.
Grace regularly speaks on issues including mass arbitrations and class actions, data privacy, anti-SLAPP laws and the intersection of intellectual property law and emerging technologies. She is a repeat speaker at prominent legal conferences including the USC Intellectual Property Institute, the American Bar Association’s Conference of the Forum on Communications Law, and the Bar Association of San Francisco’s Barristers Intellectual Property and Internet Law Symposium. She also has presented to numerous recorded music and motion picture companies regarding legal developments affecting rightsholders.
