Brennan is a software engineer and licensed attorney, specializing in issues at the intersection of cutting-edge technologies and intellectual property and privacy law. Throughout a decade-long tenure in the technology sector, Brennan has refined expertise in back-end software engineering, system design, and project management. As an attorney, Brennan’s practice areas encompass trademarks, copyrights, patents, open-source software issues, privacy, and compliance. Brennan currently works as an engineering lead at Twilio in San Francisco. Active in the legal community, Brennan serves on the Executive Committee of the Bar Association of San Francisco (BASF) Barristers Intellectual Property and Internet Law Section. Additionally, Brennan is a member of the San Francisco Intellectual Property Law Association (SFIPLA), California Lawyers Association (CLA), and the International Trademark Association (INTA).
